Prices
Prices are stated in SEK or EURO excluding VAT for corporate customers and including VAT for private consumers. The current price is stated in the webshop. Reservation for possible typos. Buyers outside the EU may pay additional costs for customs and VAT.  

 

Payment
All payment is made via Klarna with several options such as card, invoice, and direct payment. Contact Klarna: klarna.com or +46 8 120 120 10. 

 

Delivery
Orders are sent immediately when a purchase via Klarna has been registered. Delivery time approx. 7-9 days if the item is in stock. Otherwise, another delivery time is stated in the webshop. 

 

Shipping & prices
Shipping is via UPS. Shipping cost is included in the price. 

 

Return Policy
14 days right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act. Buyers pay return shipping. When the item is received and checked, the money is refunded within 30 days.

Uncollected goods
Items returned to agents are not picked up by InterWorld. Goods that are not picked up are charged to the customer’s costs for return shipping. In the event of incorrectly provided information from the customer, the above applies. 

 

Complaint
Check the item upon delivery. Complaints must be reported to jade@interworld.se. NOTE! A complaint must be reported within three working days.

Force majeure
InterWorld is not responsible for unfulfilled obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such as strikes, terrorist acts, war, supply, transport, or production disruptions, exchange rate fluctuations, government action, legislation, pandemics, natural disasters, or on parity other circumstances. 

 

Product warranties
InterWorld is a sub-distributor for all products in the webshop. Warranty issues, complaints and other product-related matters are handled directly with each product brand company.
